Shipping Information:
- Shipping times quoted are the time it will take once the item has been shipped. Please also allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

Delivery charges

Customs Fees
We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs.
Delivery problems
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email to sales@zincello.com. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery.
An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

Returns/Cancellation
We'll provide you with instructions on how to return your order.
There is a 14 day period to request your return. After this time period our system will not allow for it.
Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless you experience an error on our behalf (we've sent you the wrong item).
Please make sure you have tracking and proof of weight for the parcel you're returning.
Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return.

For orders included in the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, in order to receive a refund, BOTH items must be returned. If only 1 item is returned we reserve the right to reject the request. We do not accept returns on items bought with earrings in the BOGO deal.
Cancelling your order:
If you have not yet received tracking on your order and would like to cancel the order, email sales@zincello.com to request a cancellation. If we have not yet processed the order, we will cancel the order but we cannot guarantee this as our orders are processed separately.

Introduction
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
This returns policy applies to all our customers world wide.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Exclusions
The following products may not be returned under this policy:
Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in anyway
Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
We will not refund or exchange the product
We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product
If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
Returning Items:

Please make sure you have tracking and proof of weight for the parcel that you're returning.
As soon as we receive your return, we will begin the inspection process for the refund or replacement. We do not refund the shipping cost you paid. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. Your package must include the product(s) and all of the Zincello packaging.
Any item returned damaged, containing a strong smell, or assumed to have been worn will be refused. Should your item(s) be refused, the item(s) can be shipped back to you and you again will pay for the shipping cost.
When returning for an exchange, we only allow the item to be returned once. So please make sure that you know for certain which item you would like instead.
Returns received with any user damage issues (scratches, intentional breakage, water damage) will be refused.
Cleaning:
First method for dry everyday cleaning of your piece(s) - Clean your pieces regularly with our Zincello polishing cloth as sterling silver can tarnish when left due to it being a precious metal. Gently rub over the item with the cloth, removing any tarnish and re-polishing the metal.
Second method for cleaning of your piece(s) - Rinse with warm water, gently dry with a soft cloth without rubbing the jewellery to avoid scratching and then once completely dry, softly rub over the jewellery with a polishing cloth.
Storing Your Jewellery:
All of our pieces come with a pouch or bag for storage. We recommend that you leave your piece inside the pouch/bag when not wearing it to try and reduce any moisture getting to the piece which is the main factor that speeds up tarnishing.
The Jump Rings that we use
At Zincello, we care greatly about our customers and your experience with us which is why we use open jump rings on our chains and bracelets to protect you and also the jewellery.
An open jump rings work to protect you and the piece if the jewellery is pulled or caught by allowing the piece to separate at the ring, so that you are not hurt and the links are not damaged. If the jump ring was closed and the chain or bracelet had no point to relieve the force being applied to it so the links become broken instead, this would then make it very difficult to be fixed.
If the jump ring is only slightly pulled apart and not damaged, it can be pushed back together securing the clasp back onto the end cap.
If the jump ring has been damaged, this can be easily replaced with a new one by hooking the ring onto the clasp and the end cap and then gently pushing the jump ring back together.
